Dr. Saran
is a board-certified general cardiologist with over a decade of clinical experience caring for women across all seasons of life. She is also a full-time physician and single mother of four, navigating the realities of work, parenting, and healing in real time. Her work sits at the intersection of cardiovascular health, nervous system regulation, and sustainable rhythms of care for women who have carried a lot for a long time.
Personal story:
Over the years, both professionally and personally, I have lived through prolonged seasons of chronic stress. High-responsibility work, relational strain, and major life transitions slowly taught me something medicine doesn’t always name clearly: functioning is not the same as being well.
As a cardiologist, I began to notice the same patterns showing up again and again in my patients. Women who were capable, strong, and faithful to everyone around them, yet exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and disconnected from their own bodies. At the same time, I was walking through my own season of stress, becoming a single mother of four young children while continuing to practice full time.
I realised I wasn’t alone. And neither were they.
You don’t have to do this alone.
